From the gentle flow of rivers to the rhythm of falling rain, from blooming gardens to soaring skies, this program weaves together music that reflects nature, hope, and the human spirit. Audiences will be treated to a rich variety of choral works from playful and energetic pieces with body percussion and audience interaction, to moving and reflective selections accompanied by piano, strings, flute, and harp.
Featuring all ensembles of the Northern Lights Choral Society, Nova, Lumina, Aurora, Vespera, and Cantus Astra, this concert highlights the power of community music-making across generations. The evening culminates in a full choir performance of What a Wonderful World, bringing all voices and musicians together in a powerful and uplifting finale.
