SUMMARY:August 2024 Art Exhibit- A Search For Voice
DESCRIPTION:Join us throughout August as we display an exciting new exhibition at Peace Gallery North, presented by Holly Kirkpatrick Ulrich. This exhibit has a bit of a twist to it. Instead of an opening reception, “A Search for Voice” will have a closing reception. The pieces will be on silent auction throughout the month of August, with final bids being able to be placed on the evening of the closing reception. A portion of all proceeds will be going to the Fort St. John food bank.\nA bit about Holly:\nShe is a painter of pieces large and small, scattered around the globe. A contemporary jeweler sometimes weaving silver, gold and recycled roofing copper into her work. She sustains fascination in the mystical mythical and imaginal. Describing herself as an artist, writer, and coach- she specializes in creative flow state exploration, because as we all know deep down- Art heals.\nHolly holds 2 undergraduate degrees, one in Fine Art from the Alberta University of Art, and the other in Education from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver Canada. She also holds certification and experience in Energy Medicine and Yoga instruction. She is blessed to have studied and practiced with a great number of gifted teachers.\nHer teaching and service experience extend to many thousands of people. Along with gratitude for her formal education; through her art practice and continued exploration of workshops and commitment to  professional development, Holly has always valued the richness and fun of following your interests, and the connections that happen along the way. Holly is into creative solutions and collaboration!\nShe currently lives in the beautiful rustic Northern British Columbia Canada .\n
